Thanks to the collaboration with the OTAF Foundation in Sorengo, which has been promoting a culture of care for the needs of people with disabilities since 1917, this day is dedicated to encouraging their passion, creativity, and autonomy in a serene work environment.

In the kitchen and dining room, the chefs, assistant chefs, and waiters from OTAF’s hospitality services will be ready to showcase their skills and delight guests’ palates in a welcoming and joyful atmosphere.
