❄️ In force majeure situations, such as snow alerts at levels 4 or 5, the Ferrovia Monte Generoso will monitor the situation in the days leading up to the event and notify participants at least 4 days in advance. If we are forced to cancel the event, we will refund the full amount. Please refer to the General Terms and Conditions.
