Join us for a special solidarity and integration lunch at the Fiore di pietra Restaurant, in partnership with the OTAF Foundation. A unique lunch where the cooks and service staff of the OTAF Foundation, committed to supporting people with disabilities since 1917, will be the stars. 

This lunch experience will not only delight your senses with a three-course menu but also promote a message of inclusion and autonomy.

Included in your ticket:

• 🚂 Round trip with our rack and pinion train.
• 🍽️ Three courses with refined dishes.
  

Program of the day: 

11:05 a.m. Departure from Capolago.

16:15 pm. Return from the summit.
 

Prices:

• Adults and young (6-15 years old): CHF 89.50.-

Menu: 

• Crespelle stuffed with asparagus tips, morels and herb ricotta on a cheese fondue
• Veal cheek sous vide in celery and green apple vinaigrette with mashed purple potatoes and vegetable pearls
• Composition by the glass of mint apricots and mountain yoghurt with crunchy crumble
