Amuse Bouche - Fresh gazpacho basil and peppers, crunchy bread

Starter - Veal, yoghurt sauce, chives and radish pickels

First course - Basil pesto risotto with cheese spumetta and cherry tomatoes confit

Main course - Beef fillet, red wine reduction, roasted porcini mushrooms and sandy potatoes

Dessert - Basket of crispy filo pastry, citrus fruit custard and seasonal fruit
