Rassegna del risotto

📅 From 19 August to 8 September, the Rassegna del risotto takes place all over Ticino and also on Monte Generoso! The Canton's chefs taking part in the review will use their creativity and imagination to create over 120 different types of risotto. A unique opportunity to taste both classic and innovative recipes and to discover the many facets of our typical product: risotto.

🍚🍽️ This year the Buffet Bellavista participates in the gastronomic Rassegna and offers two risottos to taste:

• Risotto with Ticino sausage luganiga, Merlot reduction, rosemary and crispy Sbrinz
• Creamy pumpkin risotto with roasted bacon and Maggia Valley pepper

Treat yourself to a regenerating stop at an altitude of 1223 metres! We await you for a typically Ticino lunch in the heart of the forest.
